Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During collection launches, seasonal releases, promotional periods, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the parcel has entered the carrier's network.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist in locating it with the shipping carrier.
While we cannot guarantee carrier outcomes, we will work with you to help resolve any shipping issues where possible.
