Shipping Policy

We ship Curious Golf orders to selected destinations worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are outlined below. All shipping fees and order thresholds are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States and Vietnam.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Singapore

• Shipping method: Tracked mail
• Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days
• Shipping fee: S$5
• Free shipping for orders of S$75 or more

Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam

• Shipping method: Tracked mail
• Estimated delivery: Up to 14 calendar days
• Shipping fee: S$10
• Free shipping for orders of S$200 or more

All Other Supported Destinations

Standard shipping

• Estimated delivery: Up to 20 working days
• Shipping fee: S$30
• Free standard shipping for orders of S$300 or more

Expedited shipping

• Estimated delivery: Up to 4 working days
• Shipping fee: S$50 for all orders

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Dispatch may take longer during sales and collection launches due to higher order volumes.

If you need your order by a specific date, please email hello@curiousgolf.co before placing your order so we can check whether delivery within your timeframe is possible.

Taxes, Customs and Import Duties

Applicable taxes and GST charged at purchase are included in your cart or shown at checkout.

For international deliveries, any import duties, customs charges or other import fees imposed by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility. These charges vary by country and are outside Curious Golf’s control.

Shipping Details and Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact hello@curiousgolf.co immediately with your order number and the correct details. We can update your shipping information if your order has not yet shipped. Once your order is in transit, we cannot make changes.

Order Tracking

You can check your order and shipment status by signing into your account on our website and opening the Orders tab. Your order status page updates as your shipment progresses.
