What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns within 21 days of purchase for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging with tags attached. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Note, all clearance, sale items, and items bought with discount codes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we accept exchanges within 21 days of purchase for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging with tags attached. Exchanges are only for different sizes or colors of the same product. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll process it as a return. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Note, all clearance, sale items, and items bought with discount codes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Requesting a return / exchange:
To initiate a Return / Exchange, please fill up this form: Request for Return / Exchange
Upon confirmation that your return / exchange request has been accepted, we will require you to return your items first before we can process your refund or exchange.
Returning your item(s):
We offer 2 ways of returning your items.
- Tracked mail (shipping cost will be born by you) - we will only accept packages with tracking numbers. Curious Golf will not be liable for any lost or misplaced packages.
- Self drop-off at our location (no charge).
The return address will be provided via email upon acceptance of your request.
Receving your replacement item(s):
- There will be a $5 fee for us to ship the replacement item(s) to you. This fee will be waived if the error was made on our end.
- If we have assessed that your item meets the terms for a refund / exchange, we will issue a payment link for delivery.
- Your replacement item(s) will only be shipped out upon completion of payment.
- If incorrect delivery details were provided and not updated within 12 hours of ordering, a re-delivery fee of $6 will apply.
- Alternatively, you may choose to pickup your replacement item(s) from our location at no extra cost.
- For items that do not meet our terms for refund / exchange, a $5 fee will be charged for us to ship your item(s) back to you.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process your refund or exchange.
